Anna Sokolova, born and raised in Odesa, Ukraine, is currently based in Düsseldorf, Germany, where she studies visual culture and politics at the Cologne International School of Design. The focus of Anna’s research lies in exploring topics such as memory and photography. Through the use of poetic documentaries that combine text and images, she seeks to challenge the understanding of the relationship between dreams and reality by creating visuals.
